Items in new, unused and undamaged condition with original packaging purchased from projecthivepetcompany.com can be returned for a refund or exchange up to 30 days from the purchase date. Items purchased from other retailers, online or brick and mortar, will need to be returned to their original place of purchase. Contact us here and include your order number in the e-mail.

How Much Is Shipping?
We are happy to offer free shipping on all orders over $40 within the contiguous 48 states. For orders less than $40, we share the cost of shipping with our customers and charge a flat fee of $6.
