FAQs
Do you offer food samples?
We do not offer free samples. We do offer small 4 and 5 packs of the dog food recipes and 5lbs of our cat food recipes. We cannot ship anything smaller for our frozen food items.
Are your ingredients NON-GMO?
All our fruits and vegetables are non GMO.
When will my order ship?
We ship treat orders Monday- Friday. Gently cooked food orders ship Monday-Tuesday depending on your location. Subscription orders process Wednesday’s and ship the following Monday.
My food arrived partially thawed is it safe to feed?
All food orders do not need to arrive frozen. Food needs to be cool when it arrives. You can refreeze food if you do not need your entire shipment right away.
How long will my food last?
We recommend food to be under refrigeration for up to 3-5 days and up to 12 months in the freezer.
